PANEL-19 Inspiration: The Key for the Workforce of Tomorrow

This session brings together experts in using innovative STEM education to inspire the next generation of space industry professionals. During this session, the panel will speak about the critical need to inspire students today, so the future space industry STEM pipeline is filled with qualified workers. We will discuss the importance of focusing on inspiration at the lower end of the K-12 spectrum to build the pipeline for the higher end of the K-16 spectrum, and ultimately the workforce. Join Challenger Center, Blue Origin, and Club for the Future as we talk about how space companies and STEM organizations can come together to inspire generations of explorers.
